For slightly more than half of his career, Dave worked as a chief financial officer or controller for government contractor, high technology and real estate firms. As a senior management executive, he handled rapid growth and changes in strategic direction for government contractor/high technology companies of all sizes from start-up to $100 million in sales.
Dave consults in the areas of government contracting (financial planning, Accounting Softwares and FAR compliance) mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, equity and debt financing, strategic financial planning, incentive compensation plans, risk management, financial policies and procedures development and key metric reporting.

Patti was a Senior Auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency and has worked with government contracts for over twenty years. As owner of Ethical Solutions, she has performed short and long-term Chief Financial Officer Services to government contractors in various industries.
Patti has hands-on experience with various Accounting Softwares including over fifteen years with Deltek and six years with PROCAS. She has worked on numerous PROCAS implementations and currently provides Chief Financial Officer Services to several PROCAS clients. She has excellent knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
Patti holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Throughout her career, she has held positions of Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Administrative Contract Manager with high growth government contractors in various defense specialties.
