
PROCAS Support
PROCAS support is included with our Hosted/“Software as a Service” (SaaS) option and is also available for companies that have purchased in-house licenses for PROCAS software.
PROCAS Support includes e-mail and telephone support as well as all minor software updates and major software upgrades. Most support calls during business hours are answered by a live person and questions/issues are resolved immediately rather than having the call go into a voice mail queue to be answered at a later date as is the case with many other software companies.
