Ongoing Support

Our Consultants and Technical Support team members are all PROCAS employees and are based in the U.S. You’ll be working with real people, with real hands-on experience using the software. When you call us, you’ll always be directed to someone that can help. We are available to answer your call from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.

PROCAS Consultants

Not only will our PROCAS Consultants walk you through the Quick Start process, but they’ll also be available as a continuing resource for you. They have assisted many PROCAS clients in preparing for and passing DCAA accounting system audits. If you need it, they can even be available to answer auditors’ questions.

Our Support Team

In addition to using the system themselves, our Technical Support team is staffed by people with accounting degrees or are trained accountants. They are a great place to start if you have a question about the software. If they can’t answer your question, they’ll find someone who can.

Get Answers at Your Own Pace

Our User’s Manual is a great resource to find step-by-step instructions for using PROCAS. We also provide recorded webinars that cover best accounting practices on a wide range of relevant topics.

We know your time is valuable, so we provide free training videos to get your employees up and running on timekeeping and expense reporting quickly.
